New England Milfoil Management (NEMM) is a small company established by Joseph Carr and Jeffrey Powers to assist water bodies in New England that are suffering from the harmful effects Milfoil.

Our company has over twenty years of experience working to control Eurasian Milfoil and Variable Leaf Milfoil in water bodies throughout New England. We use the tried and true method of hand pulling and bagging plants on SCUBA and snorkel, which is one of the only truly effective methods available.

We have found that the hand pulling plants is the most effective way to remove the plants without disturbing native plant populations. Complete removal of the plant along with the entire root system allows native species to re-establish where Milfoil had previously infested.

From our years of experience, we bring a level of care and precision that is a must when working with a delicate plant such as Milfoil.
